Empowerment Pathways was established in 2022 by Atlanta Native Dynasty Jones , driven by her unique upbringing that left her feeling isolated and unsupported due to the absence of siblings and limited family support . Her personal journey inspired her to create a platform to assist other young women facing similar challenges . Through forgoing partnerships with various organizations , Dynasty aimed to construct a robust support network that empowers young ladies to excel in every facet of their lives. Empowerment Pathways stands as a beacon of hope and guidance , dedicated to fostering growth , resilience and success among the young women it serves.
Our Impact
Empowerment Pathways is an organization that has positively impacted the community by equipping young ladies aged 13-17 with essential life skills, invaluable mentorship programs, transformative counseling, and empowering coaching, fostering a generation of resilient, confident, and empowered young women ready to thrive in all aspects of life.

At our care, building bridges of hope and resilience through Counseling, Coaching, Talk Therapy, NLP, and Mentoring. Our mission is to provide a safe space for young individuals to explore their emotions, heal from trauma, and develop the skills needed to thrive.
